Refund policy

You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a full return, the item(s) must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ipow_survice@outlook.com. In your message body, please provide us with your:
Order number
Brief description of the problem
Photos of the Issue
Please kindly note: Any damaged items that have signs of artificial damage will be declined. We will cover the shipping fee if you choose to return the defective items.

FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You may don’t want the items any more for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Please kindly check the policies: We don't refund original shipping charges. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. There is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.）Once the returned item arrives back in ipow’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For non-quality related warranty claims, ipow refunds the cost of the product itself
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
